Every child is welcome here. We are a genuinely inclusive setting with a full-time SENCo, a dedicated sensory room, and a team experienced in supporting children with a wide range of needs.

Our Approach to Inclusion

We don't believe in one-size-fits-all. Every child who joins us with identified needs has an individual One Plan developed in partnership with their family. We work closely with parents, carers and outside agencies to make sure every child gets the right support from day one.

Our SENCo

Kaz Linger is our full-time Special Educational Needs Coordinator. Kaz works across all provisions at Faces, getting to know every child, supporting families and ensuring our team have the skills and knowledge to meet every child's needs.

Talk Boost

We run the Talk Boost programme at Faces, an evidence-based speech and language intervention for children aged 3 to 4 who need extra support with talking and communication. Sessions are delivered by trained staff in a small group setting.
